SCMA, Inc. Centennial Celebration 2025 will be held May 12 – 14, 2025, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center 1101 Lincoln Street Columbia, South Carolina 29201.

We are excited to celebrate this wonderful occasion for great organization that has weathered many ups and downs throughout its rich and dynamic history. We are excited to have each of you and your family and friends to share with us on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, for our Sneaker Ball, which will begin at 7:30 PM and on Wednesday evening for a night of Excellence where we will culminate our Centennial Celebration by recognizing our Professional of the Year from each district as well as our Professional of the Year.

DEADLINES
Deadline for committees to submit programs and signage request and info. and participants to submit their ads to publication team: April 14th, 2025

Recommended deadline to approve your digital proof for full production: April 29th, 2025.
It is our goal to have publications produced by May 8th, 2025 to be shipped or brought by Rocky Heights to event starting May 12th, 2025.

SUBMISSION OF FILES
For best print quality, all ads submitted by participants should be at least 300 dpi.  Lower resolutions will result in ads that may print blurry and lower quality.

For a finished book size of 8.5×11, the add submissions can be sent in the following sizes:
Full page: 8.5″ wide x 11″ high
Half page: 8.5″ wide by 5.5″ high

ALL ADS SHOULD BE SENT “PRINT READY”. Meaning, it should be grammatically correct and design should be completed and sent in the proper format and ready to be placed in its spot in the journal.
